Florida spoils us — no state income tax, no state return for most individuals. But clients with income in other states, remote workers, and multi-state businesses still file elsewhere. Start with the master directory, or jump to the states we see most.

Florida still taxes some things
- Sales & use tax — most businesses collect and remit monthly; the "late after the 20th" rule catches new owners constantly.
- Corporate income tax — C-corporations doing business in Florida file Form F-1120.
- Reemployment (unemployment) tax — every Florida employer's quarterly RT-6.
- Annual reports — LLCs and corporations renew with Sunbiz by May 1 or eat a large late fee.
Multi-state income is where returns get genuinely tricky — residency tests, apportionment, credits for taxes paid elsewhere. It's also where good preparation pays for itself fastest. We do this daily.
